Navigating a New Era

Fraud Sentinel and Diligent co-hosted an evening of expert talks and networking, bringing together senior leaders to discuss the evolving enforcement landscape in the UK, upcoming whistle-blower reform and the impact of the UK’s new Failure to Prevent Fraud offence (having just come into force 1 September 2025).

Describing the purpose for the event, Lloydette Bai-Marrow, Director & Co-Founder of Fraud Sentinel explained “We want to create a community of compliance professionals to come together regularly to share some of the tangible, practical steps organisations can take to respond to an evolving threat landscape.

It was a great honour to host this event with Diligent, and we hope to host regular community events to keep the discussions live.
