Pathway To Compliance with FtPF

The UK’s new Failure to Prevent Fraud (FtPF) offence took effect on 1st September 2025. Organisations can be prosecuted if employees or associated persons commit fraud for their benefit – unless they have reasonable fraud prevention procedures in place.

Goal: Establish visible, documented foundations for compliance, demonstrating early action, leadership commitment, and a roadmap for full implementation.
