Today marks the launch of Fraud Sentinel, a provider of expert-led, innovative training for large organisations falling within scope of the corporate criminal offence of 'failure to prevent fraud', coming into effect in the UK on 1st September 2025. The legislation calls for demonstrable commitment to an anti-fraud culture, starting with boards of directors and senior management.
